Venting in Progress

Today I am going to cook fish. I feel good about this. Fish is a good wholesome foodstuff.

Last night I heard some tripe on the radio that sent me into a wild depression because it was pretending to be good acoustic-singer-songwriter-guff music. Of course no such thing exists but they kept on trying. It would have been bearable only that it was repetitive and the guy couldn't sing. It was like listening to some kids on a school radio or something, or a really bad act at the talent show. It doesn't pain me that this kind of stuff exists but why must it be on national radio? We must face that it always will exists but there's a time and a place. When I was a purveyor of it, I kept it to my own bedroom.
